These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our website and govern your relationship with Orbit Breaks Ltd trading as Orbit Card Show (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a product or ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

We sell two types of products:

• Vendor Tables – space at our event for sellers/vendors.
• Event Tickets – admission tickets for attendees.

2. Vendor Tables

• To secure a Vendor Table, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The remaining 50% balance will be charged automatically (or must be paid) 2 weeks prior to the event date.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
• Vendor Tables cannot be transferred without our prior written approval.

3. Event Tickets

• Tickets are refundable up to 2 days before the event.
• A £3 administration fee will be deducted from any refund.
• Refund requests made less than 2 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
• Tickets are personal and cannot be resold or transferred without our permission.

4. Cancellations by Us

• If we are forced to cancel or reschedule an event for reasons beyond our control (for example venue issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances), we will inform you as soon as possible.
• For Ticket holders: you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.
• For Vendor Tables: deposits remain non-refundable, but balances already paid may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

5. Behaviour at Events

• All attendees and vendors must behave respectfully and comply with venue rules and our instructions.
• We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the event.
• Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket or vendor table.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Your Personal Information

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
